I wrote about how the 6th cylinder is “lazy” in all the F series cars I’ve seen here. And here, you can read one “miracle story” of a G series car, for which this defect is not observed after the Integration upgrade.
Accordingly, I had a (slight) hope that there would be a DME software upgrade for my car, too.
A colleague provided the ISTA 25-11-520 Integration version, and the process could begin.
Unfortunately, the hopes turned out to be in vain.

I should add that I didn’t have high expectations. If we remember E6X/8X/9X and MSD80/81, the last upgrade (including DIRU and releases for upgraded MSD81) came out two years after the end of production (Year 2012).
Manufacture of F3X was discontinued 6 years ago, so we have to accept the fact that the cooperation partner (Bosch) has switched to the next generation of DME and BMW model line.
