Attention!
As indicated by BMW AG, N54 engines, which are used in E60/E61, E9X, E88, E82, can have incorrect misfire indications (typically for cylinders of first bank).

If MSD80 (MSD81 don’t have this problem) has recorded ONLY these codes, pay attention to following newsletters:
1) SIB120509;
2) SIB120609.
These newsletters describe the engines, which are subjected to this problem, more precisely and also describe the solution (reprogramming of MSD80, using ISTA P, is necessary).
