Since the beginning of the Year 2021, UK is not the part of the European Union. Our products are shipped from the European Union, and delivery time to the United Kingdom takes more time. All goods shipped to the UK from European Union are now obliged to pass customs and tax procedures. We do our best to save your money (so you don’t have to pay additional taxes), but it is not in our power to cancel the customs control. Please, be aware that the shipping to the UK can take 2 .. 3 weeks. Please, get in touch with a local UPS office if you have any questions regarding your delivery status inside the UK.
The buyer is responsible for paying the customs duties and taxes if such are applied in the country where the shipment is delivered. Customs duties and taxes in the United Kingdom are around 25% of the value of the delivered goods (in the case of NOXEM – around EUR 100.00); in Norway, it reaches even 40% of the value of the delivered goods (in the case of NOXEM – around EUR 150.00).
If the shipment is returned to the seller due to the recipient’s (buyer’s) fault (the receiver/buyer did not get in touch with UPS, has not supplied his/her cell phone number, has not made a delivery appointment with a courier, was not available/was impossible to reach/contact, etc.) the recipient (buyer) agrees to cover delivery costs in both directions (delivery and return of shipment). Regarding the NOXEM purchase, the delivery and return costs are EUR 68.00.
