You can return the device 14 days from the receipt date in the following cases:

a) the packaging has not been opened (the security seal is not damaged);

b) the packaging and the device are not mechanically damaged.

Returns are accepted only within the EU.
Be sure to contact Bimmerprofs before returning the device. The buyer of the device covers shipment costs (including device receipt costs). The device buyer takes full responsibility (insurance costs of the return shipment) regarding returning the device to Bimmerprofs. Refunding takes place only after receiving the device at the Bimmerprofs premisses if all conditions of the return policy are met (the packaging has not been opened, and the device and packaging are not mechanically damaged).

After the term of return of the goods has expired and/or in cases which do not correspond to the previously mentioned, returning the device to the Bimmerpfors is possible only for the following reasons:

a) testing of the performance of the device;

b) repair of the device/replacement of the device.

If the shipment is returned to the seller due to the recipient’s (buyer’s) fault (the receiver/buyer did not get in touch with the shipping company, has not supplied his/her cell phone number, has not made a delivery appointment with a courier, was not available/was impossible to reach/contact, etc.) the recipient (buyer) agrees to cover delivery costs in both directions (delivery and return of shipment). Regarding the NOXEM purchase, the delivery and return costs are EUR 68.00.
