According to my observations, the error message:
2EE6 cooling fluid sensor, measurement range
can be recorded also in the following cases:
a) SOC of the battery is low (around/below 40 %: ../F5/F5/F3);
b) the car is started for a short time (2 .. 5minutes), then the engine is switched off;
c) after a short moment, JB disconnects all peripheral (the emergency electricity saving mode is activated);
d) after a moment, the car is started repeatedly. In addition to the active error message 2EE6, DME turns on the electric cooling fan to the full speed.
Obviously, the DME incorrectly proceeds conditions of the engine – MSD believes that the engine is completely cold, but the coolant temperature sensor indicates too high temperature.
Solution – charge the battery.
